Little girl.........

a little girl with whole lot of expectations,
never did she quit, never did she give up.
All the time, with her cute little smile,
spreading smiles on everyone's face passing by.
I am still doubtful if I saw her,
I am still in doubt if I love her.
How can she be in this cruel world?
How can she be still smiling in this sadist place?
All questions were answered, all riddles were solved.
No more confusion,no more doubts.
I realized it was you,
Though I wasn't me anymore.

Through the pathway

Going through the dusty pathway, into the winds of confusion and anxiety
Though you think it's near but they were no nearer than stars...
I will stand and I will measure the distances unmeasurable...

Even if it takes me to go into the fables...
When one has no power, one bows against the no one..
When a lamb becomes a bate it becomes a pleading mortal...
Darker becomes the clouds, intense becomes the fear:
It all is the same you see from the front or you peek into the rear
Answer still lies in the womb of future;
The present still is in a need of nurture.
Remains the darkness, remains the magic;
The feeling counts though distances are tragic

God save me!!

We frequently come across with situations where we are no more the masters of our fate, but where we couldn’t be more than a mere spectator of our forthcomings. I am not a prolific scholar and neither a “been there done that” type person who has experienced every possible way of living life (may sound unrealistic) and now has surely an authority to preach the best way to live life, if there is any. I am just mazed up by the existence of so many theories about the Almighty, His existence, His purpose and yet none of them justifying the purpose because each one of them depicts God as seen by a person be it Prophets, Muhammads or Our very own saints. The famous picture where a man is barely able to touch god’s hand ironically shows that they, who claim to have understood the purpose of God’s existence, His powers, are nowhere but at the periphery of the vast universe of knowledge about Him.

Our belief of God being Almighty deepens our belief on one more subjective issue “Destiny”. This belief is more befuddling and stupefying than any other concept as it questions the very purpose of life i.e. to make efforts, to strive for perfection. If one believes that the end is defined, then what is the purpose of putting efforts? If one is not getting the desired result then should he take the failure as destiny or accept the challenge and put more efforts?

The fecundity of this discussion lies in the answer to the question we have been asking to ourselves since the time of Homo Habilis i.e. what one means by God.

Man created god not only to seek shelter when he is weak but to explain some phenomena which, otherwise, were inexplicable. Through generations we are taught about the greatness of Him so that we consider numerous anti-society acts as sacrilege and thus develop a mental barrier to not let pass even a thought of doing them. The best way still leads to the development of a society which augments the growth of individuals. The society where romanticism, sentimentalism, emotions prevail and which helps an individual to reach that height from where he can see numerous other ways to live life.(Now it sounds realistic!)

Why am I distingusihed from other applicants for ISB.

As a Secretary of NSS, IIT Roorkee I have been working for the adopted villages which helped me to create a sync between my passion & aptitude of working for society. It helped me enhance my leadership quality. During my intern in CEL and C&S Pvt. Ltd, I learnt about organization structure and managerial role in an organization. I successfully completed the project of CEL aimed at reducing lead time in transporting finished goods using optimization techniques. Since childhood I have been a keen reader, which inculcated in me inquisitiveness for different fields. I believe in learning new things from everyone.

My zeal for social work, patriotism for country & my family background are the three pillars of my philosophy for doing MBA after completing engineering. Firstly, my enthusiasm for social service, I believe that whatever we have got from society, it’s our duty to repay back in one or the other form. I am passionate about life, my beliefs, and helping others; compassionate about people struggling to overcome obstacles. MBA will help me broaden my opportunities in a bigger platform & thus boost my spirit for providing basic amenities to lower sections of the society. Secondly, I don’t want to be an employee of an organization which is focussed on profits, but an entrepreneur working for the society & still making profits. After doing MBA from ISB, I will have a better exposure to the global market & thus brush up my social entrepreneurship skills to provide a source of livelihood for number of people keeping intact their dignity. This will not only improve the untapped potential of our large workforce but also correspondingly raise their standard of living. Thirdly, my family background made me familiar with the business world at an early stage which improved my understanding of the working of market forces & also enhanced my problem-solving skills.

Matka Theory

As every normal guy, I also like to see beautiful faces around me when I wake up in morning .I also like to hear euphonious flow of words which are poured into my ears. But what I get to hear is the cacophony of some “aliens” and the retro hits being played in full volume during early morning. These are the same songs which we used to watch in childhood on chitrahaar. You can see these aliens almost everywhere & now thanks to our new hostel accommodation scheme the “almost” has turned into “definitely”.

The problem is not just that we see their tanned & dark complexioned faces in the early hours but we have to survive that torture whole day. Whether it is bathroom, corridors, mess, departments & not to forget RP, they can be found everywhere. While I have always believed that people do learn with time, but I think they don’t believe this. Why they are not provided different hostels so that those who are human beings do not get affected by their matkagiri?

You walk through the corridor; you get to find some matka talking to his wife:

Matka: aur khana bana liya?

Mrs Matka: haan bana liya hain par namak jyada hain dal mein

Matka: toh thoda pani daal lo na. dilute ho jayega.( yes I study in IIT!!)

Mrs Matka: arre who toh daal diya par ab dal patli ho gayi hain.woh kya kehte hain non-viscous ho gayi hain. (damn how did he get there?)

Matka: achcha monu ko doodh pila diya?

Mrs Matka: haan haan manu ko pila diya.Tum bataon who thermo ka tute ho gaya?

Matka: haan ho toh gaya par Q1 , Q6 aur Q9 nahin hue. humne alpha ki value toh daal di thi par pata nahin efficiency kam kyon aa rahi hain.Achcha chalo hum rakhte hain, time nahin hain.IIT ki padai puri karni hain ki nahin.

Mrs Matka: haan haan.mann laga ke padho.rakhte hain.

(So cute!!!!)

In the early morning, at the time when you think whether you should wash your face or go directly to class, you can find some of them washing their clothes & some of them coming out of bathroom showing off their bare chest. What you can best do is squint your eyes till you come out of your hostel. But then you find them in long queue for breakfast. You can do nothing but to curse yourself. After waiting impatiently, you have your breakfast & then you leave for your classes. There you see not exactly matkas but you can say them" former – matkas". After their bromidic lectures, in the evening, you wish to go canteen & have some refreshments but voila, the devil is everywhere. You then forfeit your pleasure & decide to grab some packed food. Then you have many extra curricular activities going on which thankfully does not involve matkas. Finally you reach your room at late night just to regain some energy for some daunting tasks due next day .But you can’t sleep, not because you are not feeling sleepy but because a matka is not letting you switch off the corridor’s light which is filling your entire room.

You‘re Beautiful

I entered the place crowded with unknown faces, where everything was still..

It was a pool of silence in which everyone was immersed.

Neither I nor She said anything, not because we couldn’t but because we need not to.

Everything which she had to say, she kept it in her eyes.

Everything which I wanted to listen, I assumed it to be said.

Language lost its importance, smiles were all we had.

People cried, shouted & were burnt alive but sighs were all we had.

But we dint care, not because we dint want to but because we couldn’t.

Time had never diluted before, never had we loved each other this much before.

The moment was inexplicable, the emotions inexpressible.

I never realised how gorgeous she looks, never felt how her hands feel like.

She was no less than Aphrodite. She was no less than Venus.

Her face was exquisite, and, had innate innocence.

How can one survive such a brutal attack of beauty?

I will never forget her face bearing lecherous smile.

But I won’t lose any sleep on that because I’ve got a plan.

You are beautiful. And I don’t know what to do.

Cause I’ll never be with you.

Dil toh bacha hain ji

Well the title obviates any need to tell what this post is all about. I just came from watching another classic movie by Vishal Bharadwaj named “dil toh bacha hain ji”. One of the most awaited movie of 2011 has somewhere down the line disappointed the audience. The abrupt ending took place when the movie really caught the audience’s attention. A movie starring Ajay Devgan is assumed to have woth against the inflating prices of tickets(excluding morning show).Other so called actors(Emraan Hashmi) was given the job at which he is naturally skilled. Chatur(as we know) was able to bring faint smile on the faces of audience. Now even after such a bad experience, I surprisingly liked the movie. One actor which took away all the credit was sensuous, callipygian & aphrodisiacal damsel beauty Nikki Narang aka Shruti Hasan

Carpe diem

Life is an act where the characters are made to decipher their script while enacting. The “F” word is still ambiguous & disturbs the equability of minds. I am not using double entendre but alluding to the word “Future”. Wherever we go, we see thousands & thousands of people running to make their so called “future“ better. They are surreptitiously being trapped in this beautiful reverie of living in a better state. I am not disparaging the dynamic & foresighted nature of human being but asking why to kill present exuberant moments at the cost of nurturing just one hope- a better tomorrow?

In my school days, I always used to contemplate that why people can’t accept the small packets of happiness bestowed upon us .Going on personal experiences, I felt elated when girl next to me used to give a glance. I was brimmed with joy whenever I got a chance to see topper of our class being scold. I always used to have an adrenaline rush whenever I got to see any tussle going on. I always bore a beaming smile whenever we had a free period. I always used to take a longer route just to have the glimpse of one of our seniors whose beauty was unbounded by evolution.

Obviously I am not condoning the very act of being childish & admiring beauty but the point is that why we admire the cacophony of machines & feel petulance when an infant cries? Why we have always been pelted with questions about our future, career prospective, marriage, salary et cetra? Why we are forced to capitulate against the uncertainty of future? Why people in developing countries are happier than in developed ones?

The milestones achieved in this endless race of better tomorrow have left nothing incriminating to doubt its vitality. Everyone seems to be in a hallucination with no one to trigger their minds. All over are people wallowed in this rat race where a giant cat is sauntering at finishing line.

Booming voice!!!

I recover from my reverie. Is this a vicious circle of materialism & insatiable nature of Mr Adam?Does that mean our life is no better than any animal trying to please his senses?

The answer is a blatant No. We students are expected to become sallow because of late night studies. We have always numerous eye balls raised towards us while talking about Science & Technology. But who will conceal the proxies, ad hoc style studies, beer cans in our room, cigarettes in drawer, the endless crushes, V- day celebrations, bars outside the campus & best of all- Bakar.

We, students, have always showed our society the right path for their glorifying future. They who say we can be moulded any way belittle what we did in past.

Who can understand better than us the saying- “enjoy the day and pluck when it is ripe”?

ROLE OF YOUTH IN DECISION- MAKING PROCESSES`

My essay for e-summit.

The value of youth participation is now recognized at levels ranging from the local community to the international arena. However, recognition is not the same as action, and progress in the area of practical implementation has been slow. Even in those countries that have achieved the most, participation remains at low levels and insufficiently integrated into all areas of young people’s lives.

Many organizations are still unconvinced that youth can play a leading or supportive role in helping them achieve their programme goals. Initiatives may be limited to seeking the views of young people on particular issues; their involvement in decision-making is rarely considered. Young people therefore remain uninformed about most democratic processes. Token participation is meaningless, as it does not empower young people to influence outcomes and achieve real change. The repetitive and widespread failure of the adult world to act in ways that promote the welfare of young people is well documented. Efforts must be made to listen to youth and engage them in the process of strengthening participatory democracy. Their involvement can lead to better decisions and outcomes. Participation promotes the well-being and development of young people, strengthens their commitment to and understanding of human rights and democracy, and provides them a form of protection; it also allows them to take part in decision-making processes. It is by questioning; expressing their views and having their opinions taken seriously that young people develop skills, build competencies, acquire confidence and form aspirations. It is a virtuous circle. The more opportunities a young person has for meaningful participation, the more experienced and competent he or she becomes. This allows more effective participation, which in turn enhances development.

Youth participation is an essential strategy for ensuring young people’s optimal development and for achieving wider development goals for society. The progress made to date in promoting participation should be sustained and enhanced. Youth participation must become an integral component of, local, national and international policies for youth, and should provide the framework for decisions and actions that affect the daily lives of children and young people. Only then will the traditional approaches towards youth begin to evolve and the oft-stated commitment to their participation begins to have meaning. The approach must promote respect for them as social actors, as agents in their own lives, and as citizens of their own societies.

. Young people have various opportunities to become active in processes as varied as the following:

• Research. Many examples exist of young people being provided with training as researchers and then undertaking independent investigations focusing on issues of direct concern to them.

• Programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation: young people share their views and experiences to help design and implement programmes that target their specific needs; by playing a key role in monitoring and evaluation, youth are able to help the programme meet its objectives and adjust to changing circumstances as necessary.

• Peer support, representation and advocacy. Young people are increasingly being provided with opportunities to elect or be elected by their own peers to serve as advocates, working with adult institutions to lobby for greater respect for their rights.

• Policy analysis and development. Many initiatives involve young people in reviewing existing legislation and policies from the perspective of their own experience.

• Participation in and use of the media. Young people have traditionally been excluded from active participation in the media, but in many countries they are receiving training as youth journalists, running their own radio programmes, developing video tools for the promotion of rights, and publishing journals and newsletters.

• Conference participation. Young people have participated in local, national and international conferences as organizers, speakers, delegates and reporters, often with significant impact on the outcomes of such events.

• Youth councils and parliaments. In a number of countries, young people have participated in the development of democratic political structures that parallel those of the adult world and provide opportunities to inform and influence key economic, social and political agendas.

It is important that young people are not pushed into replicating traditional adult models for democratic participation but are equipped to create new collaborative approaches. It is also important that youth-led organizations observe the principles of transparency, accountability, on-discrimination and mutual respect.

Off for a new finish line

A new relationship can be so invigorating & filled with curiosity ,I couldn't imagine. The basic difference comes in the way you take your life & people involved with you.I never felt so comfortable & at ease with everyone.I am loving this feeling.

Nirvana in Mocha

Rarely do you appreciate the fact that we grow older & older each day. How you started cycling without your dad standing behind. How you started having rolls in canteen instead of mom’s paranthas. How you started borrowing your dad’s car instead of asking for him to drop.

I am talking about the moment when my friend from our group got placed. As he was the first one to achieve the milestone, we all decided that it must be celebrated in the grandest way possible. We pondered over many ideas & contemplated many of them. At the end of rigorous thinking, we all settled to the idea of having drinks in castle9@CP and then going to famous hookah joint “Mocha”

Castle9@CP is the normal bar where you can appreciate the pleasure of a glass of vodka sitting in the heart of Delhi i.e. CP & still able to save a penny.

Now the best thing about hookah is that it hardly leaves you with any guilt and thus is best for people like me. Another attraction is the bold & beautiful girls there invigorating the whole environment. The moment you enter, it seems like we are up to some good deed & should start as soon as possible. In my personal opinion the Mocha@GK2 is much better than at Defcol or galleria market. The opened porch area there gives a totally different surrounding. Coming back to the scene, we all sat down occupying the veranda seats & waited for the menu. Throwing my eye balls on each & every flavor, my eyes stuck to one name “nirvana”, though I am neither spiritual nor a great fan of band “nirvana” but somehow I sensed an urge to have nirvana. So in accord of the whole group, we ordered nirvana. The hookah lasted hardly for half an hour but in the meanwhile I thought of this blog, about my friends ,about my college, my future & one more thing- how in my childhood I said one day to my dad “dad, don’t smoke, don’t you know its injurious for your health.”

Identity Crisis

Now, here I am alluding to the most pandemic but least noticed element of personality i.e. identity crisis. I define it as the mental state in which person doesn’t find his/her niche in the existing environment & tries to come out of the situation in an aggravated manner either by doing things which shows his worthiness or by accusing his/her surroundings for the present scenario.

What kind of people?

  • People who have been earlier in places which gave them authority or importance and with time they think that they have lost their worthiness. In such situations people loses their stability of mind & become high-tempered, hyper & a person emanating negativity. With such kind of people around you, one hardly can do anything productive.
  • People whose social life is very restricted & when they get exposure to the colorful life, they get fantasized about the people & try to somehow live like them which in urbane language can be termed as wannabe.

Symptoms:

· People who have been with the affected person can easily pinpoint that the person is having identity crisis.

· One is always unsatisfied & insatiate by his life, whatever is the situation.

· People try to imitate the ones from whom they are fantasized & they pretend as if they have been doing a particular thing for ages.

· People do not miss any opportunity to let down the person because of which they feel their identity in danger.

Cure:

· One of the most effective methods is to keep in mind” never ever there have been two similar people. If every person had to be same then why did god make different life forms, different plants, and different fruits? Every holy soul on this earth has a particular reason to live. One has just to make sure he is justifying his very reason.

Be Confident. Simple but useful. Nothing is impossible if you have the will to make it possible. One thing you have in your hands is to try because those who try only they succeed

CWG & SHE

When everyone is geared up for the upcoming CWG games, how can i be far behind?I asked her for the games & she gave an instant reply"you haven't bought them yet? Here i was, again one step behind her,to identify the moments we can enjoy.I quickly replied with a beam "no.I've bought them,i was just asking,if you will be able to adjust your busy college schedule?"WITH A COYISH SMILE,SHE SAID"YEAH,I'D LOVE TO".
SO,i quickly came to my hostel(@IITR),ASKED MY FRIEND WHO HAD HIS ACCOUNT ACTIVATED TO BOOK TWO TICKETS.Now one hurdle was which ticket to buy?One costed 750 bucks way out of my reach, other was 250,must be for the students like us.I opted for 250 wala ticket. Then,as per her request i booked two tickets for TENNIS.Now ,all i know about tennis is that Federer recently hit the famous twinner. That's it.Now,for a person like me,who wants to be best in front of her girl, this lack of knowledge will surely hit my ego & spoil my idea for enjoying CWG amongst the roaring crowd.I am left with only one option now,to talk to my friend Mr. Aditya (kholu) and soak as much knowledge as i can about the game. One more thing to worry about is crowd. What type of crowd will be there in the stadium? As convinced by my almost roomie gaurav, tennis is the game which is enjoyed by elite class,so ,dnt worry & enjoy with your girl.!
But one more thing, how will we reach to R.K.Khanna stadium?

I guess with so many problems raising their heads,& me in not a situation to handle(due to mid terms),i leave all these to be tacked by time...
& for the time being.......utho jiyo khelo..

MICROFINANCE

Finance is all what we know deals with the money matters. Finance is mixed in our day to day activities ranging from buying a matchstick to raising funds for setting up a plant.
Microfinance is complete in its name-micro means small & finance means money. It relates to the money matters which deals with the smaller section. In India.this industry has grown up to 16000 crore & is still growing. It is basically based on non-collateral transactions & requires huge initial capital. It basically requires a group of people who have their earninings greater than their expenditure or in other words who have money to save. They may not fetch money in short run but in a larger span of time,it will generate income definitely depending on the efficiency of your plans etc. This has been successful in Bangladesh where the organisation named BRAC is taking the charge of microfinance there. In India, this has been implemented by many organisations like AIF etc.
Let’s understand basically what does microfinance or particularly IMPACT INVESTMENT means.Suppose there are 4 people who come together & vow that they will every week deposit 100 rupees .Now after every month they will have 400 hundred rupeed in ther reserves. Now if someone is in a need of money then he can withdraw that amount from the reserve, obviously with the consent of the other group members, on an interest basis say he withdraws 100 rupees on an interest rate of 10% monthly. He repays 100 along with 10 rupees as interest. Now this 10 rupees will be divided amongst the four persons i.e 2.5 per person.
Now here what an MFI does is that it collectivises the group of people having same characteristics either on the basis of religion, caste, profession etc. Then it lends the money on a quantum scale i.e it do not lend money on a continuous basis but lend like 5000,10000,15000 & not 7000 or 12000.Here,the group is given say 100 per person, then in a group of five the amount given is 500.Now here the amount is loaned & then after a particular period of time it has to be repaid at the stipulated interest rate.If a particular person is not able to repay for whatever reason it has to be born by other four person. This is called JLG or joint liability group.
The basic negative factor here is it being non-collateral in nature. How can you trust a person & lend money running in thousands? Now here comes the vision & income regeneration techniques. If you think that a group is in genuine need of money and is capable of generating income in future then lending money will not be a bad debt!
P.S –This requires a huge capital so better search for a venture capitalist or get adopted by Bill gates.

DEMISE OF NATURE’S SUPREMACY-FAR AWAY

Man has always in a constant search of ways which can tame his surroundings according to his comforts.Nature has been munificent in the way it has given us ennumerable gifts, but as if it was not enough, man has always tried to come up with the technology that can keep him par with the nature.Be it the invention as simple as bulb or as complex as hadron collider, they have helped him to make his surroundings supportive.
The recent crippling of air travels in Europe due to Icelandic volcanoe that erupted has left human generation thinking. All they could do was to wait for the sky to get clear of the ash thick enough to have the rotors jammed. The bustling airports have added the chaos, throwing light on the inadequacy of the European response to the unfamiliar disaster. The volcanoe ash is thick enough & can’t be penetrated thus the only option left is roadways.Officials are trying to come up with the maps of roads in order to help the passengers. There have been till now no cases in which an aeroplane has to be flied in the volcanoe ashes except one which took place in 1989 where the pilot was able to get the engines stated just before they were to crash. It is said that no thrust must be added to the dying engine in such a case as it only thickens the ashes and jams the rotor.
This incident has crippled the whole EU’s economy as well has highlighted the shortcomings of airways over roadways such as time consuming checks, constantly decreasing leg space, hefty charges on weights exceeding the limits etc.So, on the part of the scientists community it becomes essential to come up with the technology which can combat with disasters like this in future and provide much more control in taming the situations

MNS OR RSS???

The recent clash between 2 communist parties-RSS & MNS has raised the question on Indianness as a whole. RSS-on one hand has a hindu supported base, while MNS has its foundation on Marathi manoos. Both parties try to keep their community’s interest over others.
The declaration of ”Mumbai for marathis” has attacked the very right of freedom by which you can travel & stay in any part of the country. Development of Mumbai is shared equally by marathis as well as expatriators . Even during 26/11 attack, cops from UP,Bihar & Rajasthan also fought bravely. So,why then at that time MNS didn’t enforced his slogan”mumbau for marathis”.The recent secular remarks by legendary Sachin Tendulakar & SRK resulted in protests outside their houses. This clearly showcasts the ‘dadagiri’ of MNS.
It does not mean that RSS is right in its ways.Who will forget the Babri masjid demolition which was perfectl planned & backed by RSS.Even RSS also divides people on the basis of religion & hits on the basic roots of democracy. From article 370,constitution says that non-kashmiris & kashmiri pundits are not allowed to buy property in Kashmir.
This means “Kashmir for kashmiris”,”Mumbai for marathis”,”rajasthan for rajasthanis” & thus we end up on”India not for Indians but for states””
Where are we going wrong?
In a democracy,we have the right to protest & right to vote as our basic weapons. We should choose that party which may emphasise their community’s interest but does not curb the independence & basic rights of others. If MNS OR RSS are in existence, this surely means that regionalism is still somewhere prevailing in the common man’ s heart.

Valentine's Day

It was February.Calm, cool wind was gently blowing.
Making us feel the month of love.
But still, there was no life ,no moments to share.
If anything was there, that was silence.
Silence in my prayers, silence in my thoughts.
Silence was all around.
Even I cried silently perching under the tree.
And there I saw something which changed my whole world.
Historians describe time in B.C’s & A.D’s,
But I describe it from the time I saw you.
That flawless laughter can even force roses to feel inferior.
Your face as glowing as sun & as mischieveous as a stormy night.
Eyes were deep persuading me to measure their depth.
Simple earrings were like set of rainbows after rain,
Showing every color as you turn.
Was that a black magic or my imagination?
Does she speak?is she real???
She comes close to me,my eyes wide opened!!
I ask her, are you real??
She pinched me & said” God wanted people like you who are noble, peace lover & most importantly a true human being to be happy.”
So,He sent me in this love filled time of year.
She said”On this valentine,I want to ask”will you be my valentine?”
I ,shocked & astonished,on my luck couldn’t say yes.
She felt disappointed,she went away.
I kept calling her,but she didn’t turn back.
Will I ever meet her again??

Being a male dominant society,India till the half of twentieth century had not focussed on the decreasing sex ratio & other problems that were prevailing in every strata of society.Females, though ,are the future progenitor is most deprived of the two sexes.People still want to have a male child in their house due to patriarchal set up of society. It,not only prevails in the uneducated and uninformed section but also in the highly educated and sophisticated section of Indian society.Girls are still considered to be inside the four walls & unproductive in the economy. There is almost 50% of the female population who get married at the tender age of 18.What do we expect from the society where still girls are killed to please gods and goddesses. Why will god be happy at the killing of his most beautiful and responsible creature. The case worsens in the areas like Punjab and Haryana where the people are now compelled to search for the brides outside their states. The cause for this severe situation of this sex is the flaw in our ancient scriptures that portray men to be the leaders of family & women the other halves of men but which is not functional in any major process of society. This led people to the stereotype that females are only an object of beauty which can be placed in their living room at daytime and bedroom in night.According to the recent studies,it has been found out that females are more productive in stressfull situations and they are more cool minded, calm and pleasent in their behaviour when talking to clients. After the 1970 era,India has faced many revolutionary ideas implemented, which basically focussed on empowering women and providing them their very rights of dignity and freedom. Now,many programmes are in operation like indira Gandhi matratva sahyog yojna that helps conditionally to pregnant ant lactating mothers focussing on the fact that children will be healthier only when mothers are healthy. The second one is named on late Rajiv Gandhi which helps the poor girls to have their basic need meet.

The two sexes can not be at par untill each and every strata of society raise its voice against girl discrimination, and create awareness among the people that girls have equal potential to run family business and to give holy fire to dead parents you need not be son.

I urge you to create as much awareness as possible to increase our sex ratio from 927 per 1000 so as to have this most sensible, responsible species to live to its fullest.

ADAM & EVE-SCHOOL DAYS

Sometimes you meet with those people who may not have any blood relations with you but they become more important, more adorable than your other near & dear ones. I always imagined my girlfriend to be a homely girl, typically traditional & one who can take care of my family.

A dream may come true only when you need it rather than when you want it. For me, that was what I wanted but I now realise that what i needed was you .I think we generally don’t agree at any point but still we have many things in common, like, we both are sweet natured creatures who can be easily fooled by other people emotionally (emotional fools), we both give more importance to the person who have more brains than the one having money. we have a friendly nature but still from the inner core of our heart we still feel alone. We both want to have a good career but are still not able to figure out to do that. We both are slim , tender , fair, short heighted, innocent beings.

Though we have fought a lot in these last few months, but even after fights when i use to remember you,i remember your giggling and innocent face rather than your shrew one.I just cant think of you not in my life.I think my life has been completed by you.You made my life successfull in every aspect. You ARE the one with which i feel myself protected & cared.

At the end i will try to write a poem for you again,

Some say its infatuation, some say it lust.

Its also called need, some may even call it to be must.

The system goes well, with one adam & eve, though eves are less with lesser on stake.

Darwin’s survival of fittest applies, the fittest gets the curviest of all.

For the person who are rarely appreciated, its the tough job,

Rather he should go for some other jobs!!!!

Intro starts from the physics and ends on biology,

But they still apply the laws of force and constrained motion.

Each day getting to the coaching as early as possible,

Battling with the notes as soon as the other enters.

Trying to solve the problem parallel with his own love equation.

Just in case the eyes meet, the respone limits to the speechless affirmation to wait after classes.

While the teacher is engrossed in teaching, they wanted to have some real application.

AS the class ended, the guy collects his stuff as if he had been asked to stay after class.

Other student ,though single but knew the basic rules of relationship & friendship.

You have to be at the place where your friend is proposing his girl friend.

Amongst the all odds,adam says

“i may not deserve you,

I may not be the bestest of men on this planet.

I may not fullfill all our materialistic needs.

But

I promise you that whenever you need a person who can stand with you even in the toughest of times ,you will always find me on your side.

I will make sure that i love you so much that you may even forget yourself.”

GOING BACK.......FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES??

On a recent declaration by our noble prize winner Mr. Barack Obama, the cos outsourcing the jobs to other countries(especially developing countries) will be levied heavily with taxes as compared to other cos.According to him,by this he will be able to pull out the most developed country of this world USA from the current financial crisis.
Where has those promises, suggestions gone that US will lead the world out of crisis and to the situation where there will be high GDP rates, low inflation rate, more employment plus more basic infrastructure facilty. On the part of being the president it is justified to have his nation's interest at the top,but then he do not have right to claim US to be the saviour of any country.
From the Indian point of view,it may harm the economy in the short run as there will be immediate shortage of employment opportunities, but in the long run this will only be a small hault for this largest democracy in the race of not only GDP'S but nurturing our culture & focus on development of society as a whole.
AND FOR THE PEOPLE WHO GOT UNEMPLOYED DUE TO THIS IRRESPONSIBLE DECISION....JUST SAY"ALLL IZZ WELLLLL"
